About Me

My name is Carli Cassandra Martinez. I intend to work in communications because I am not afraid to advocate for myself or any company that chooses to hire me. I also plan to be a creative writer for my passion project, an angel and demon anthology series. My goal as a writer is to explore how God can forgive sin, but humanity itself cannot. Upon reflection, my writings are dark to a certain degree, but there have been much darker works written in the past. So, the reception of my writing depends on the horror tolerance of my audience. In my opinion, horror can be more effective as a written medium than a visual one. Some people, however, can't get into horror unless it's an onscreen bloodbath. One of my heroes in regard to psychological horror is Robert Sterling. However, he is just one of my many creative influences.
